Registration for Incoming Students

Congratulations on being selected and accepting your placement as a HAIS Phoenix for the upcoming school year!  We are excited to usher you through the registration process and prepare you for a strong start to your Early College academic career.  

Registration to be completed before May 5th

Beginning April 14th: Every Tuesday/Thursday, 4PM - 6PM* 

You may drop off documents during the school hours between 9am -2pm if you are unable to do so during the above time.  

Documents to Prepare

  1. Copy of the Student's Birth Certificate
  2. Copy of the Student's Social Security Card (if applicable) 
  3. Copy of the Immunization Record with proof of up to date meningitis shots
  4. Copy of Parent ID
  5. Completed Dual Credit Waiver Form (completed on site)
  6. Copy of the most recent report card
  7. Copy of STAAR results (if applicable)
