Subject: Help Your Child See to Succeed: Sign Up Today!

Did you know that up to 80% of what a child learns in school is visual? If a student is struggling to see the board or read their textbook, it can make learning feel like an uphill battle.

To ensure every child has the tools they need to thrive, our school is partnering with the See to Succeed program. This wonderful initiative provides free comprehensive eye exams and free corrective glasses to students who need them.

Program Details:

• What: Free eye exams and high-quality eyeglasses (if prescribed).
• Cost: 100% free for eligible families.
• When: The upcoming program clinic will take place during the school week. Transportation to and from the clinic will be provided by the district.

How to Sign Up:

1. Complete the permission form: Look for the printed "See to Succeed" consent form in your child’s backpack today, or download a digital copy from our school website.
2. Fill out all sections: Please ensure the medical history and signature sections are fully completed.
3. Return to school: Submit the completed form to the school nurse.

Spaces are limited, and we want to make sure every student who needs a vision boost gets one. Please return your form as soon as possible!
